The Avatr brand is a collaboration among major stakeholders, including Changan (41%), CATL (14%), and the Chongqing Chengan Foundation (11%), with additional contributions from various investment groups. While Huawei is not a shareholder, it plays a pivotal role in technology development, providing the HarmonyOS for the cockpit and Qiankun ADS 3.0 for advanced driver-assistance systems.
