The project in Kankakee County, Illinois, is expected to create 2,600 full-time jobs with salaries exceeding 120 percent of the county’s average wage for similar job categories. The state of Illinois will provide support for the facility’s construction, offering a total incentive package valued at $536 ล้าน. This package includes tax incentives of $213 million over 30 years and 30 years of property tax abatement approved by the local government.
