중국 전기 자동차 (전기차) 생산자 엑스펑 is set to enter the highly competitive German auto market in 2024, marking a significant step in the company’s international expansion efforts. Xpeng shared this announcement during the IAA Mobility event, where it provided updates on its international operations.

Having operated in Europe for three years, Xpeng is now preparing to take on one of the world’s most demanding automotive markets. The move into Germany underscores Xpeng’s ambition to establish a strong presence in Europe and compete with established players in the EV segment.

Xpeng’s vice chairman and co-president, Brian Gu, emphasized the importance of this expansion, 진술서, “Today represents an important step on our international expansion journey. Xpeng had previously introduced its G9 flagship SUV and the new P7 series sports sedan to the European market, allowing customers in Denmark, 노르웨이, 네덜란드, and Sweden to place orders. Deliveries of the P7 in Europe commenced in June, while G9 deliveries were scheduled to start in September.
