According to data from the AUTOSTAT agency, Russian residents purchased 10,443 second-hand electric cars in 2023. Experts point out that this number is a 20% increase from 2022 (8,694 Kendaraan). Pada saat yang sama, this is a record – the previous high was in 2021 (9,273 Unit).
