Li Auto made the announcement on various social media platforms, highlighting the positive user feedback received since the Li Mega’s launch on March 1. In response to user comments, Li Auto plans to launch an upgrade program, incorporating the construction of additional supercharging stations and introducing a five-year worry-free car ownership benefit.
By the end of 2022, Li Auto aims to have 2,700 supercharging stations across China, providing 20,000 charging piles—an increase of 700 from the initial target. As of the latest update, Li Auto currently operates 351 Stations de suralimentation, providing 1,518 charging piles, primarily located in highway service areas. The Li Mega, available in the Max trim with a starting price of RMB 559,800 yuan ($77,840), represents the flagship model in Li Auto’s current lineup.
