إكسبينغ’s newly launched 2024 G9 SUV has garnered over 8,000 solid orders within the first 72 hours of its release, with deliveries commencing on September 21. The company announced this achievement on its social media channels, indicating the initial success of the vehicle.

The G9 was unveiled at an event in Dunhuang, Gansu province, in northwest China, on the evening of September 19. The starting price of the new model is RMB 263,900 ($36,160), which is RMB 46,000 lower than the previous model’s price of RMB 309,900.

The Xpeng G9 was initially launched on September 21, 2022.
