Post the model’s launch, Xiaomi EV aims to initiate deliveries promptly, according to the report.
Having declared its foray into car manufacturing on March 30, 2021, Xiaomi unveiled the SU7 on December 28, 2023. The model’s pricing remains undisclosed, and an official launch date is yet to be confirmed.

On February 27, an executive from Zeekr, following the release of their updated Zeekr 001, shared in a media interview that Xiaomi’s inaugural EV model is expected to be officially launched on March 28.

As the initial batch of 2S (Sales & Service) stores undergo renovations, Xiaomi’s inaugural directly managed automotive stores in Beijing are also undergoing refurbishments, signaling an impending revelation of pricing and delivery details, according to Lanjinger.
Diverging from the direct-sales model adopted by major Chinese automakers, Xiaomi EV plans to sell vehicles through both directly managed stores and 2S authorized stores.

As of February 29, Caijing reported the initiation of construction for Xiaomi EV’s authorized 2S stores in Beijing, with an anticipated construction period exceeding one month.
Caijing estimates that Xiaomi EV will establish 60-70 stores in its initial phase, spanning major Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities.
